TWD- Translucent Maple Tuiles

December 7 – Hindy of Bubie’s Little Baker chose Translucent Maple Tuiles, on page 173.

These simple little cookies were proclaimed to be better than lasagne by Master Liam and from him that is the highest praise possible.

The photo below is my first batch (I needed to bake mine 2 minutes more for perfection).  I used my bagette pan for cooling to get the tuile shape.  Worked a treat.
